INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp. low sodium soya sauce
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. asian chili sauce ( or more to taste)
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. minced ginger
1/4-1/2 c. cilantro or basil ( I prefer cilantro)
1 LB of large shrimp, peeled with tails on

DIRECTIONS

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Have a large bowl of ice water beside stove along with a slotted spoon
Add shrimp to boiling water and cook for a few minutes until barely opaque
Remove using slotted spoon and drop into ice bath to stop cooking
When cool, drain and pat dry

In small bowl mix all other ingredients together
4 hours before serving add shrimp to marinade and occasionally stir
Serve with toothpicks and napkins

1 LB of shrimp usually nets 20-25 pieces but ask your fishmonger!
