2 CUPS MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
DIRECTIONS
CREAM BUTTER, SUGARS TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY
ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME AND BEAT UN TIL WELL MIXED
SIFT FLOUR,COCOA POWDER, BAKING SODA, AND SALT OVER A BOWL
STIR THE FLOUR MIXTURE INTO THE BUTTER MIXTURE AND FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS
DROP BATTER BY ROUNDED TBSP. ONTO COOKIE SHEET
BAKE 8-10 MINUTES

I LIKE BIG COOKIES SO I HAVE TWO SIZES OF ICE CREAM SCOOPS I USE
SPACE 2 INCES APART AND YOU SHOULD GET 10-12 COOKIES PER SHEET
I USUALLY SCOOP OUT A BALL THEN FLATTEN SLIGHTLY BEFORE BAKING
I ALWAYS BAKE ONLY ONE SHEET OF COOKIES AT A TIME
FEEL FREE TO DO BOTH AT ONCE AND ROTATE HALF WAY THROUGH IF WANT
I ALSO USE MY HAND BLENDER ON LOW TO MIX THE WET AND DRY INGREDIENTS TOGEATHER
