Adapted from Hugh Carpenter “Fast Appetizers”
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp asian chili sauce
4 tbsp green onions
4 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp minced ginger
6 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp light brown sugar
3-4 cups chopped mangos
METHOD
1. Mix together up to 6 hours before serving.
2. Serve with a fairly heavy cracker like rainforest crisps.
