My go-to summer dessert when berries are local and at their best. It also doesn’t hurt that it takes all of 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

1 container Krema coconut greek yogurt
1 can whipped cream (or whip your own)
Blackberries
Blueberries
Rasberries
Gooseberries
Strawberries
2 Pre made angel food cakes (available in most big stores)
1 cup coconut flakes

Directions:

1. Fold whipped cream into yogurt – reserving enough to garnish top

2. Layer ripped up angel food cake, coconut flakes,berries, and yogurt mix

3. Finish with fruit layer

4. Garnish with whipping cream and coconut flakes

*  Best made a couple hours before serving

This dessert lends itself to your imagination. I have made it with mango orange yogurt, mangoes and pineapples. Can also be made in very large quantities.
