Lasts 2-4 days in the fridge
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups regular or vegan oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup almonds, chopped
1/3 cup mixed dry fruits (of choice, chopped into small pieces)
2 1/4 cups coconut milk
Greek yogurt and fresh fruit (garnish)
METHOD
1. Peel and mash bananas. Stir in rest of ingredients.
2. Let sit in fridge overnight to thicken.
3. Garnish with fresh fruit and yogurt before serving.
