Serves 6-8



1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp honey

1 jalapeno, seeded, minced

1/4 cup red onion, minced

2 cups ripe avocado, coarsely chopped

3/4 cup dried cranberries (preferably organic and unsulfured)

2 tbsp chopped cilantro (or more to taste)

salt and freshly grounded pepper



1. In a bowl whisk together lime juice, honey, jalapeno and red onion

2. Add ripe avocado and gently combine until desired texture.

3. Stir in cranberries, cilantro and salt and pepper.

4. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
